Uniplex Construction

Uniplex repaired extensive damage to our home resulting from a broken ice maker supply line in our kitchen. The work quality was excellent and our home looks great again. The project management team, including Wilson Deaton, worked tirelessly to juggle all the subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule. They coordinated with our insurance company and brought in other professionals as needed to ensure a well executed project. We will definitely be using Uniplex in the future as well as referring them to our friends and family.

Uniplex repaired significant damage to our home which resulted from a broken water line while we were on vacation. We are very satisfied with the end result and our house is better than ever. Uniplex Construction completed an extensive remodel on our Seattle Craftsman. They came in right away while we were still under contract for the purchase to help us get started on the design. We were able to get our project going right away and they finished up on time and stayed within the budget we discussed. They kept us on track to make decisions and offered support throughout the process. We were really happy with our project managers, the employees and the sub contractors and most importantly the finish work. Our craftsman has extensive wood detailing and the carpentry work is perfect. No project goes without hurdles but Uniplex worked through all of those with the attention and support needed to ensure they could be overcome with as little disruption to me, our plan and our schedule as possible. I've referred Uniplex to several friends, all who have been really happy with their work. We will do our kitchen soon and call Uniplex again.
