Five stars is not enough to show how satisfied we were with Unique Remodeling's job. I am a product designer and have to admit that I am a very picky detailed person. Throughout the entire construction, Effie and Omer were very understanding and flexible with me. It seems they are working on their own house. Our remodeling was a kind of a big job. The whole process was not easy but they supported us every stage and every corner of the project such as meeting with the architect and inspector, finding the right materials and so on. We are so lucky that they are such caring contractor. Effie and Omer, thank you very much again for your excellent work. We enjoyed the whole process and are very happy living in a reborn house.

I finished a project with unique remodeling Inc ,about 4 months ago. This was a complete rehab of an older house in Torrance. My first meeting was with Omer. Omer was extremely helpful from our first meeting to helping choosing materials, handling permits and making sure all the work is on schedule. Omer was at the jobsite everyday and whenever I had any questions he was there with a quick response. I was able to stay on the time frame I had in mind while making it ready for new tenants. We couldn't be happier with Effie and his team at Unique Remodeling. I originally spoke with Omer over the phone who broke everything down for me and gave me a ballpark estimate so I wouldn't be too shocked when the real estimate came in. Effie showed up on time, took a look at our bathroom (full demolition needed), took measurements, and gave us a quote the next day. He made us feel comfortable and confident as it was obvious he knew what he was doing, and has been doing this for a while. While other companies told us it would be several months before they could get started, Unique Remodeling was able to get the job going right away. As with most demolition projects, you don't really know what you're going to find beneath the walls and we had several unwelcome surprises. I immediately saw dollar signs, but the extra expense was fair and reasonable. Effie gave helpful design suggestions based on his knowledge and experience, but never pushed us into anything we wouldn't want. I ended up with my dream bathroom, looking and functioning better than expected, and all at an a fair price for the professionalism we were dealt. Not only were Effie and Omer wonderful to deal with, the entire team of workers was a pleasure as well. They were often working in our home while we were gone and even while we were on vacation, and not once did we feel uncomfortable with giving them the keys to our house. I would absolutely recommend Unique Remodeling!

Unique Remodeling Inc. recently remodeled a small bathroom in my house. Based on my past experiences in hiring three different contractors for a variety of remodeling projects, Unique Remodeling Inc. is one of the best companies that I worked with. The most valuable asset they offered to me was for their ability and willingness to solve issues that occurred along the way of my remodeling project. Whenever I brought up areas of my concern to Effie and Omer, they ALWAYS listened with great patience and sent their crews over to fix the problems without implying additional fees. I believe Unique Remodeling Inc. has high pride in what they do as a contractor and maintains their integrity by trying to achieve the best for the clients. I strongly recommend Unique Remodeling Inc. to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor.

I cannot say enough about Unique Remodeling - Effie and Omer, as well as the rest of their crew! We had a very old master bathroom and closet redone....with no real idea of what we wanted...we just wanted new! We procrastinated for so long, because we didn't figure out what we really wanted. We had several estimates but Effie really impressed us with his ideas. He and Omer helped us all along the way, with suggestions for plans as well as where to buy tile, fixtures, etc. They made it so easy and the crew was enjoyable to work with, as they were knowledgeable about what they were doing, always on time and good at cleaning up at the end of the day. Effie had estimated the length of the project, and except for all of the things we added on...he was right on! We are anxious to have them start on our next much bigger project!

Unique Remodeling is fantastic! We had them redo our vintage 1976 kitchen and not only are the results stunning, we were very pleased with Effie and Omer's comprehensive, thorough and meticulous approach to everything. Effie managed the day-to-day work of the project, bringing in various workers for each step. Every operation was performed smoothly and efficiently; demolition was quick and fast with cleanup that was thorough and professional. Each subsequent phase of the work was done quickly and correctly. The workers - Daniel, Rodrigo and more - all really knew their stuff! Omer visited just about every day, checking over the work. Very often he identified small but important issues that needed to be addressed; he was like the 'fresh pair of eyes' that looks over the work. He caught a lot of small but important things just at the right time. Unique Remodeling said the project would take three weeks, and it did. Throughout they were very proactive, great at communicating, courteous and pleasant. It was a great experience having them work on our house; we would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone. PS. The cats like it too!

We had two bathrooms renovated with Unique Remodeling. Our overcrowded, sad downstairs bathroom and our 1980s pink monstrosity of a master bath were torn down to the studs and rebuilt by Omer, Effie, and their team. Both bathrooms now look like they're out of a magazine, and Omer and Effie worked diligently with us every step of the way so that the design was perfect (both gorgeous and functional!) On top of the incredible end result, the project itself went as smoothly as can be, and finished on time and on budget. Omer, Effie, and their team were great at working around (sometimes literally) our busy family so that the impact on our lives during the project was minimal. They have incredible attention to detail and spared no effort in making sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend them!

We did a large renovation with Unique and both Omer and Effie were great. The project entailed removing two structural walls, major foundation work, new kitchen, new bathroom, new water heater/plumbing/electrical and new windows/doors. Straightforward and always upfront with costs/timing, they held our hands throughout the process, which was important for a bunch of newbies. They did everything from major structural work to the finishing touches with incredible care and finished with very few hiccups along the way. Highly recommend checking them out and we have already put two or three personal friends through their door.

Unique Remodeling enclosed a patio to make it into a workout and theater room, and they raised the ceiling with new lighting in the kitchen. This outfit is just the opposite of the typical contractor nightmare. There price was the lowest and they didn't come back to nickel and dime or overcharge for change orders. They even did several extras gratis. The workmanship was superb and they worked with me patiently down to the finest detail. A couple items of rework were done quickly and cheerfully. Omer and Effie were always responsive and very professional! The only small criticism would be that the documentation and invoicing at the end were not well organized. I give Unique remodeling my highest recommendation.

My wife and I used Unique Remodeling (Omer & Effie) to renovate our house that we purchased earlier this year. The work included taking the kitchen down to the studs and removing a load bearing wall, complete kitchen remodel, updated lighting and new flooring. Throughout the process Omer and Effie were very helpful and on top of the entire project. Like any remodel there are bound to be unexpected issues that come up so I think it's important to have a contractor that is reliable, informative and can communicate status updates. Omer and Effie were always there for us and once the job was completed we were very happy with the finished product!

We just finished a bathroom remodel with Unique Remodeling, and couldn't be happier! This was our first major remodel, so we needed a little extra guidance - especially when it came to design, choosing fixtures, etc. Omer and Effie were the perfect team for us. They took care of everything - explained our choices, brought us tile samples, pulled all the permits, advised us on ideal lighting, and drove around LA to pick up the exact shower head we wanted. We were so impressed with their responsiveness - they were in constant contact via email, text, and phone. They didn't let anything lag. Either Omer or Effie was at our home every single day checking the workers progress. We were picky about the details, as anyone would be who pays quite a bit to remodel would be! Omer was exceptionally patient with us, and kept working until we were fully satisfied. We really appreciated that Omer and Effie kept our project on time and on budget. Ultimately, the project ran behind due to a delayed vanity order, but it wasn't anybody's fault. In fact, they called Home Depot relentlessly on our behalf to try to speed up the delivery! Unique Remodeling is not the cheapest - but we picked them because we trusted them. It was totally the right decision. They gave us the bathroom we'd been dreaming of, with almost no stress to us. We recommend them without hesitation.

First off so you understand my back ground, I love to complain when things aren't in my favor, on the flip side I do compliment excellent work. I called Omer from Unique Remodeling with the intention of him being 1 of 3 quotes to do work on my house in preparation to sell my home. He was the first quote and I canceled the other 2 quotes after he gave me the very responsible price, he wrote the contract up, and also said he would help me along the way as this was a whole home remodel. There were add ons along the way that your typical contractor would have added to the price, where Unique Remodeling took care of free of charge. He kept true to his word, and after it was all said and done he continues to help me out. He took the stress out of remodeling with his suggestions and ideas as I am not one to handle stress very well. My only complaint I have is that I didn't know him and his company before I had previous contractors do unsatisfactory work. I highly recommend him and he is more then welcomed to use me as a reference.
