Very prompt and polite to work with. They repaired my kitchen sink after the glue came loose and it fell off its supports. Pricing is a bit nebulous on how they got the numbers and seemed a bit high, but I also just went with what had the best reviews and didn't price around, so wouldn't be able to accurately compare pricing, just would like a little more explanation on the breakdown.

Just full disclosure, this is coming from an employee perspective but I really couldn’t say more about this company and Esre. My last employment left me in a bad situation and even though Esre didn’t need anyone else, he took me into this company to really because honestly I needed help. It would have been better for him to not hire anyone new at the moment, but he brought me in with open arms and has done everything he could to help me. At this point, I know the company has invested more money in me than I’ve given back. And I’ve seen him give the same care and empathy toward his customers. I was tasked to reach out to past clients and there was a few, that needed some repairs. I was a little uncertain on how to handle it because I wanted to help them but with previous jobs, this would have been an issue with past owners. They would just ignore them or come up with some lie to justify it. I was brand new with this company at the time and I was nervous to bring it up because I didn’t want to create any issues but I also wanted to help. So I brought it up to Esre and he immediately gave me the okay to set them up with the project manager to get them taken care of. He didn’t try to cut corners or try to recoup the costs. He just paid to get our subcontractors to get out there and help with previous customers for any repairs that we promised them before the project started. And I think that’s really awesome.
