We have recently finished our ADU with US Home Developers. It was a pleasure working with Zale on our project. He was able to schedule his crew on a timely manner. They did a professional work and worked pretty fast. Every remodeling job can have delays so we were prepared for the worst but honestly the worst never came. The working crew arrived on time every day. We knew who will be coming to work on the house. The office did a wonderful job communicating with us on a weekly basis regarding progress and planning. This was the first remodeling with US home but definitely not the last. We are pleased with the final results and we already have it leased and started making our money back on the remodeling.

Me and my husband have been meaning to sell the house and wanted to get some things done so we Will be able to make as much as possible with the current market. we took a couple of estimates and decided to work with Us Home Developers. We redid the kitchen, painted the interior and exterior of the house, redid the flooring and the roof. We finished the remodeling very satisfied since we were able to increase the value of the house by more than we actually spent on the remodeling. We have been in the house for over 17 years so remodeling was needed. We have so many memories in this house but we look forward to sell it and get the most out of it.

We have remodeled our kitchen with US Home Developers. The remodeling took over a month and turned out just as expected. Me and my family are very pleased with the results of the kitchen we opened a wall that was separating between the kitchen and living room area and it opened up the space and changed the house completely. Zale helped us with the design and the office was very pleasant fo communicate and work with. We just LOVE our new kitchen.

We had a relatively small project, and had some trouble getting people to even come out to see what we wanted done, but US Home Developers came out and offered a competitive quote. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, very communicative (which is so hard to find!). They showed up every day and did a really great job, I highly recommend them. I definitely plan to hire them again in the future for other projects!

US Home Developers built a room addition to my home. I have been working back and forward with couple of companies to get the best out of all of them I could find to do the improvements for me. And I am very satisfied with my decision working with US Home Developers. We had some delays due to city permits and planning the room up to the final details. But once we started the remodeling everything worked as planned, on time and in the most professional way I could expect. The workers were very thoughtful and kind. The quality of the remodeling was equaled to the price I was paying. I knew that I am paying a little extra compared to other companies since I did my research but I definitely got everything I was promised and very quality work. I am happy with the addition and I look forward for our next projects together inside the house.

I remodel my master bathroom with US home developers and I am very satisfied with the final result. This company is very reliable and professional they stood for everything that has been promised since day one. The employees were very pleasant and respectful of my house, arrived on time with masks on; and completed everything as schedule. The tile work looks very professional. This company is definitely not the cheapest out there but there are no surprises during the way as I’ve heard from friends that had bad experiences with different companies in the past fee years. Everything was delivered from A-to-Z and I can easily and gladly recommend them to other!

Working with US HOME DEVELOPERS was a very pleasant experience. We remodeled or kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and painted the complete interior and exterior of our house. We have recently moved in to the house and since the house we old we needed to get couple of things done. We had a budget but most importantly we want a quality work to be done to the house thinking we are looking for a long term solution. US Home had many good recommendations and many years of experience in the business as well as one of our friends did garage conversation five years ago using them as their contractor. He was very happy and highly recommended the company so even though we want to take more estimates which we did we knew they are the top priority. We had to take about 5 estimates for our ADU with different companies. I have to say that US Home was not the cheapest out of all but did have the best reviews and the most experience over the years out of all. We planned to start the project in the beginning of the year and had the plans ready. We were looking for the right fit for us. One of the most important things we looked for is personal recommendations from customers who had the same size of project, have an organized company that wipp provide a detailed scope of work, and having a schedule that will be our guide line, which a lot of companies were too scared to provide. We knew from the beginning that delayes may happen but we want to be informed and updated for any changes during the project which was acknowledged. US HOME DEVELOPERS proved to be reliable and professional company. We completed the ADU and we love the final results.

My husband and I remodeled out master bathroom with US Home Developers. Which took around a month from beginning to end. We are very happy with our new bathroom and we enjoyed working with US HOME DEVELOPERS they proved high quality of work and provided with all guaranteed product. After they pulled the permit the project worked smoothly and we passed all inspections as scheduled.
