I am a project manager for a large custom home builder in Gainesville Fl and have used Pete of Vastyan Construction on many projects during the past several years. I have found him to be extremely honest, hardworking and knowledgeable in many aspects of construction and finish work. Pete did an outstanding job at renovating our lanai. We found a picture of an outdoor space we loved on Houzz and showed it to him and he reproduced it perfectly. Pete was was very fun to work with and he made the project very enjoyable. He did all the work himself and finished within the time frame that he said he would. He arrived early and stayed late to finish the job to our satisfaction. Pete and I share the same last name; that's because he's my brother's son. But that's *not* the reason we hired him. We visited a hi-end bathroom remodel he completed and wanted the very same quality in a master bath makeover of our own. Pete did a terrific job for us. We now have a spacious, walk-in shower with 1/2" glass walls and door. It's one of the best remodeling projects we'e ever commissioned. Pete's workmanship is 5-star.
