Ray Vera is very knowledgeable and I liked that he always included us In any decisions before proceeding. We requested a couple of changes and Ray was very understanding and willing to work with our request. Ray Vera and his guys completed the job on time. The crew (Pedro and Gabriel) were always on time, and worked efficiently and professionally. They take pride in their work, and they treated our home with care and respect. Final results was fantastic we couldn’t be any happier with their new bathroom it’s beautiful. Can’t wait to remodel our next bathroom with Vera Development.

I had Vera Development & Construction remodel my master and spare bedrooms. I selected VDC Inc. after speaking with several contractors and getting other bids. VDC was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I felt more comfortable with Raymond, the owner than with any of the other contractors; he knows his business and was very honest with me. My confidence was well placed. He was straightforward business, LICENCED/BONDED & WORKER’S COMP covered. Raymond is very personable and gave me his written quote right away. The Quality of VDC’s work is EXCELLENT and I am so happy I chose VDC/Raymond for my project. The work was all done in a timely manner. Raymond’s crew & Pedro were excellent. They are very hard working, cleaned up after themselves each day, laid down protective’s for my carpet and ceilings--They were very considerate and personable as well. I grew very comfortable having them in my house. We used Vera Development & Construction for our recent remodel and we couldn’t be more pleased with their excellent work. Our project was a complete demo and remodel of the entire first floor of our home. This included our kitchen, living room, a half bathroom, and new flooring and baseboard throughout the entire space. VDC started our project by designing our kitchen. We had always wanted a large kitchen island but thought it was impossible due to our layout and limited space but VDC proved us wrong. By configuring the space, they were able to give us the large island we wanted without giving up any other features or amenities. Once we approved the final design Ray was by our side the entire time helping us make our selections on cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances. His input was invaluable and with his suggestions we ultimately ended up with our dream kitchen! VDC did the same exceptional work while transforming our living room area and half bathroom. In the living room VDC added ceiling lights, retiled our fireplace, installed a new fireplace mantel, and replaced our boring sliding patio door with a set of beautiful French doors. When it came to our half bathroom they installed cabinets, countertops, a larger sink and a new toilet. Ray and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, timely and easy to work with throughout the whole process. They made helpful suggestions that we would not have thought of ourselves. Their attention to detail was outstanding and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

It was a great pleasure to work with Ray Vera with our Kitchen remodeling. He was cooperative with our time schedule, and he was able to give us the best price with best design, and ideas. My wife and I had our kitchen completely remodeled by Ray Vera Construction Inc. Ray responded to our design goals and made some very valued suggestions. He gave us both an estimate and a timeline (two weeks) for the project completion. Ray and his professional crew worked diligently and met the timeline exactly. They are all qualified in every construction aspect, including electricity and plumbing, so no outside sub-contractors were ever involved. We were very pleased with the wok, the cost, and the professional demeanor of the workers. We have since recommended Ray's Company to our friends. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and are now enjoying our new kitchen...

Raymond and his crew did three jobs for our eichler house in Palo Alto,CA. First, we had to install a radiant heating which requires precise installation of panels, pipes, manifolds and controls. The finished quality was simply outstanding. Ray supervised the efforts while his crew did the installation and configuration as per factory specs. Secondly, Ray did the roofing (flat). We were considering a total re-roof job which turned out to be an over kill. VDC replaced the rotten roof panels, resurfaced and re-roofed with a material which lasts for 15 years. Lastly, VDC did a tough flooring job for concrete staining. Our floor required crack re-fills and epoxy fill before grinding, staining, polishing and waxing. They were methodical in removing the furniture from the area and put them back after completion. We are very happy and Ray and his crew are commited in quality service, even if it costs more time to finish the job.
