For Whom It May Concern: Joe Shanon, owner of Veritas Developers Group Inc., is an outstanding builder. Joe put my remodel into his busy schedule, promising to complete the work within four months with a fixed budget. The completion date was moved up twice and we ended up moving in one full month ahead of schedule. Additionally, the project came in under budget. The early move in and under budget are unheard of in my experience having built 2 homes previously and remodeled 12 homes myself. The quality of the work and supervision was outstanding. Subcontractors arrived on time and finished when they were supposed to and did great work. Joe was always within a few minutes of a phone or email reply, even when he was out of town for family matters. He had pictures of work so he could always discuss changes or questions. Had the pleasure of working with Joe on several projects in 2016 and I am impressed with his level of involvement, oversight, and management of his subs. He is knowledgeable, super responsive and keeps things progressing in an orderly fashion on his job sites, which not only saves the client money but also alleviates frustration and stress.

Joe helped us with our total home remodel. We took our house to the studs and installed new everything--electrical, plumbing, etc. Raised the ceiling, opened up walls. His attention to detail was excellent. Every step of the way, Joe would not compromise on quality. We love our remodeled home. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him.

Contractor on my second story addition. We added 1,000 square feet 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a studio with lofted ceilings. The exterior of the addition was a custom solution that Joe designed using. We floated full sheets of cement board to created 1" gaps like you might see in commercial buildings. It turned out awesome!

Veritas developers group has completed numerous jobs at 3 of my houses. From full bath and kitchen remodels to gutting and finishing out cabanas/back houses, each project was completed on time at a fair price.

I have known Joe Shannon for a long time. He is an absolute professional and a privilege to have as a General Contractor for your build. A no non-sense kind of guy, that is going to give it to you straight - integrity is absolute. Joe is a forward thinker and anticipates action before it's even a reality - foresight is constant.
