If perfection is what you're after... Look no further. I have been lucky to use Vertical for three major upgrades, over a number of years, within my home and to say that we've been pleased is an understatement. Professional in every category... being on time, knowing their trade, cleaning up every evening, bring in sound subs, meticulous to a centimeter, etc. is what you will get with Vertical! BTW... Our three projects were a 128 banister railing rip and replace, a new kitchen with major changes to walls, location of sink and dishwasher, and addition of massive island along with all new cabs and hardwood floor that even included a new metal post that is holding up much of the 2nd floor (with architect approval), and a bathroom remodel.

Andre and team were great to work with. High quality craftmanship. Cleaned up each day before leaving the site and completed on schedule. I love the look of our new railings/stairs.

I'm not sure where to start with these folks. Other than doing a stellar job and greatly exceeding our expectations for customer service, craftsmanship, and timeliness, Andrey & Alex have the highest level of honesty and integrity that we have experienced with reno companies. They claim staircases are their specialty, but really they are the total package when it comes to craftsmanship and quality home contracting. They come to work everyday, and we had them for a lot of days (4+ months). They are present for inspections, which they always pass. They use the best subs, which emulate their work ethics and attention to detail. They have an eye for detail and design and will not let you make a crazy decision that will mess up the project. They guard your home as if it is their home. Every single day, they clean the job site up and put their tools away, neat freaks. They use the best supplies and supplier's in town. These guys are the real deal. On top of everything, they keep pricing down and will not hit you with big change orders. We moved a lot over the past 20 year's and have renovated several homes. Andrey and Alex are hands down, the best Craftsmen we have come across. You can't go wrong in handing your project to them. If there's a wait list, you'd do well to get on it.

Andrey and Alex knocked it out of the park finishing my basement! I was impressed with them from start to finish. They came up with the idea to add balusters to a small section of the stair railing which added a really nice touch. They were not satisfied with the original hvac implementation and how it would look in the final product that they worked with hvac contractors to reroute it so that it was out of the way. I’ve been using my basement now for a few months and I have found zero reasons to call them back out to deal with any issues. I will be using Vertical Construction for my upstairs remodel this coming spring!

We hired Andrey and Alex to update our staircase including enclosing the open riser treads, new handrails, iron balusters, and matching wood skirts on carpeted stairs to the basement. We could not be more pleased with the final product. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship gives their work a very polished and custom look. They stuck to the budget, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after each day. I give them the absolute best rating and would recommend them to anyone!

I'm a project manager for Revolve Construction working on a pop top addition/interior remodel in the Park Hill area. We hired Vertical Construction for the custom stain grade balustrade in the home. Their craftsmanship was superb and the balustrade exceeded our expectations. We will continue to work with Vertical Construction in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for great service and high-quality work.

Andrey and Alex did a great job replacing our old main floor banister. What started out as a safety issue due to a loose railing turned into a great home-update. Their work was professional. They arrived on-time each day, cleaned-up when done and kept me informed on progress. We discussed several options before beginning and they were able to keep the budget reasonable while delivering a beautiful finished product. They even helped propose a staged-schedule to allow for limited downtime of the old railing since we were living in the house during construction. Happily recommend them if you have an upcoming stair-rebuild. Attached two before and two after project photos so you can see what they can do if helpful.

Andrey and Alex did a beautiful job on our staircase!. The project included a vaulted ceiling main level, that curved, and a railing along the open hallway on the second floor. Carpet was removed and replaced with hardwood and the wooden spindles were replaced with iron. They built new handrails and a brand-new railing down to our basement. The wood was constructed with impressive precision. They were very neat during construction and at the end of each day's work. They completed the job on time and their cost estimate was detailed and accurate. Stain is to be performed by a separate contractor (who had great things to say about Andrey and his crew), so the project is not yet complete, otherwise I'd include photos with this review.

We could not be more pleased with the project Vertical Construction (Andrey and Alex) completed for us. Their work exceeded our hopes. They stated their expected schedule and they met it. They showed professional dedication to doing their work to the highest standard. They are men of few words, but they possess old world craftsmen's skills and they take extreme pride in the work they do.

Andrey built our wooden railing as part of our remodel. He was incredible to work with - very courteous and respectful, and he was also incredibly flexible when there were a couple things that changed. Our project turned out BEAUTIFULLY thanks to his work.

They did a great job in replacing our old stair rails with new wood rails and wrought iron ballisters. They also laid our new laminate floor in this area. Very professional and cleaned up each evening before leaving, which I really appreciated.
