We recently bought a new house, constructed by VL and there have been several problems. The cabinets don’t close correctly, there is a crack in the granite counter top, closet doors fall off when attempting to close them, no doors shut properly. One door is so off center that we’ve made jokes that it’s our “Harry Potter” door. When we contacted this builder, there response was “it’s you’re problem” very aggressive and overall dismissive of their shoddy work. The told us to submit a complaint and that they “didn’t care”. These people do not stand behind work whatsoever. This house is less than a year old and we are the first people to live in it.
