Poor communication, poor workmanship, did not complete the job. Having to hire another contractor to finish the job and correct faulty installations such as doors, painting, exterior siding and ceiling texture. Beware.

I am amazed at the professionalism that Richard Brassfield brings to every facet of his business. He has been a pleasure to work with, always going above and beyond the job description. His sub contractors are superior to anyone I have ever worked with and the job was done on time, under budget, and looks like a million dollars! The quality was incredible.... I definitely received more than my money's worth!

Waff Development did a complete renovation of our full bathroom in 2011 and I couldn't be happier with the results! Our house was built in 1925, and renovations can be very complex on an old house. Waff took the time to fully assess the structure of the house and bathroom and make thoughtful recommendations and plans prior to starting their work. Work included knocking down a wall between two rooms, full demolition of the existing space, removal of an original radiator and cast-iron tub, etc. The finished bathroom included new tub, sink, toilet, plumbing, recessed lighting, electrical fan, custom tile work, etc. The Waff team's planning really paid off, but they were able to adapt the plan when needed as well. For example, when demolition began, they discovered that our 60+ year-old sub-floor had several inches of concrete beneath it - surprise! They adapted quickly by bringing in the appropirate tools to get the demolition done properly. They also really understood our "vision" for the bathroom and when it came time to paint, they called me when they felt the color we chose was probably not the shade we intended (they were right!). This saved us a bunch of re-painting. They really understood what we wanted. In the end, we had a beauitful new bathroom that we received fabulous compliements on and that ultimately became a great selling point when we put our house on the market.

As a professional architect for almost 30 years I have worked with numerous contractors and consider Rich Brassfield to be one of the most courteous and easiest contractors I have worked with. He renovated and built an addition to a 50 year old home that was discovered to have numerous unforeseen conditions related to the framing and foundations once the demolition began. Rich was creative and cost conscious with the solutions and was able to keep the project very close to the original budget and schedule. The finished project was very well done and all parties were very pleased.
