We used Wagner Development to renovate two bathrooms at our home. One of the reasons we chose to go with Wagner Development is that Ryan doesn't juggle multiple projects. When he is working with you he is there every step of the way from design to completion. Once the job starts, Ryan is there every day. There are no days off until the project is done to satisfaction. He and his crew clean up their work area every day and seal off the area so that no dust or debris gets outside of the work area. Ryan and his staff offer multiple design options and styles to fit the customers tastes. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use Ryan and Wagner Development for another project.

We worked with Ryan to finish our basement, and redo our mudroom and first floor half-bathroom and were extremely happy with our experience. From the beginning, Ryan consistently communicated and took extra time to walk us through all of the details. During construction, Ryan made sure to consult us on any potential changes and always wanted our input before choosing a direction. Ryan's attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and overall positive personality made this very large project a great experience. We love enjoying the new spaces that Ryan helped bring to life!

When I wanted to remodel my kitchen and dining room I wanted a contractor who cared and would work with me. I have an older quirky house and I was afraid it would be hard to get what I wanted done. I ended up with Ryan and his team at Wagner Development and couldn’t be happier with my choice. He became a partner with me to help me realize my dream kitchen. He is an excellent communicator, updating on accomplishment and future planning every day. I could not have asked for more. We worked with Wagner Development to add a bathroom to a home we purchased in 2021 that did not have a master bath. I had high hopes for the project, and Ryan and his team exceeded every single one. I have never worked with a more communicative, professional, and courteous team on anything. The transformation of an unused bedroom to a master bathroom and closet was incredible, but you'd never know there was a major renovation project going on. All of the work fit into the home so seamlessly, and every day they finished by cleaning so thoroughly that you'd hardly know they were here if it weren't for the finished product. Highly, highly, highly recommended. We'll be using Wagner Development again in the near future when we remodel our kitchen. I wouldn't even consider asking anyone else.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation with Ryan and his team at Wagner Development and they were amazing! From our initial meetings with Ryan who carefully explained how the whole process would work; to design with Becky who made sure everything had a place in our cabinetry with clever built-in storage. The entire project went smoothly and every question was answered promptly. I always felt like I was fully involved, fully aware of what to expect, and what was happening and when. Every evening, the construction area was meticulously cleaned so we didn't have to worry about our dog or kids. Ryan made the renovation so easy and handled everything while keeping our vision at the forefront. We are thrilled with the final product!

Wagner Development worked with us on creating our downstairs master bedroom, master bathroom project. This evolved into work in the foyer and taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This project entailed a little bit of everything...flooring, smoothing ceilings, moving thermostats and heating ducts, removing windows, installing a gas fireplace, exterior siding work, painting inside and out as well as plumbing and tiling. We even added a bathroom renovation last minute onto the project of which WD was gracious and accommodating. We had many many planning meetings leading up to the project which were beyond professional and detailed with Wagner Development. The amount of time and thought WD put into every detail of our project was immeasurable. On the front end, this project was perfectly planned. On the back end, it was perfectly executed. Wagner Development's timeline was reasonable and efficient. This was all communicated to us clearly and on a day by day basis! During the project we ran into some rot and unexpected repairs. Wagner Development went above and beyond to make everything right and took care of every hiccup we encountered. It was the best feeling knowing that WD cared about our home as much as we do. This was apparent with all of the protection WD installs before the project begins with dust protection and floor protection and padding. There is so much care and consideration for your home and space. We are so thrilled with how this project worked from beginning to end and look forward to working with Wagner Development on the next one!

As a subcontractor, it is nice to know when you arrive at a job site everything will be ready for you and is done correctly. There are no shortcuts taken, and all work is completed to the highest standard. We had a great experience working with Wagner Development! We redid our kitchen and two bathrooms and replaced some doors and trim. Ryan started with a precise plan and communicated what was happening throughout the project. He provided daily updates with photos, so we always knew what had changed. He was very detail-oriented, making sure all aspects were complete, and the overall aesthetic was good. If something didn't meet his high standards, he adjusted it, yet he still met the timeline he established at the beginning. Becky, the designer on our project, was great to work with too. She had ideas that we never would have considered for maximizing the space and matching the style we wanted. We have been thrilled with the results and have already recommended them to several other people we know.

Ryan and the team at Wagner Development did a major renovation for us involving our master bath, kitchen, dining room, and a powder room. Short story, we could not have been happier with the process and results. Ryan excels in many areas but 4 key ones which I will point out are communication, craftsmanship, aesthetics, and his sub-contractor team. Managing a clients expectations are important, regarding timelines, costs, challenges, decisions, etc. Ryan excelled at this using all communication channels needed, email, text messages, and a special app. The app provided us with daily updates, including photos, as to the work done that particular day. Most days Ryan was the first on site and last to leave, but on the occasion he wasn't going to be there we knew, because we could look at the shared work calendar and Gantt chart available to us! I could tell that Ryan took pride in his work and respected our property. The worksite was clean and neat at the end of every workday, and even when sawing outside on our driveway, he put down a tarp to catch the sawdust. This was the first time I saw this from a contractor and it was much appreciated. Aesthetics and attention to detail; he had an eye for balance and functionality. Lighting position, switch location, layout of veined tiles, location of grout lines, there was no detail too small for him to pay attention to. Of course the sum of all this resulted in an excellent product! Finally, Subs always showed up on time and did a great job. Ryan is quite the conductor, and clearly has good relations with his subs based on the conversations I had with them. This is key to a successful project. If it isn't obvious by now, we would highly recommend working with Ryan and the team at Wagner Development. They did an outstanding job on our projects.

I am a Kitchen Designer who partners with builders on every job that I work on. That partnership plays a critical role in the process, outcome and overall satisfaction for my clients (and me!).
