We hired Warren Peter Construction, Inc. to build a new home for our family. We found Warren to be helpful, accommodating and available from the original home design to the end of the build. He listened to all of our wants and wishes in creating the original home plans. During the build, Warren was very hands-on in regard to oversight of the project. He had all subcontractors on site in a timely and well coordinated manner. To say that Warren is detail oriented would be an understatement. He clearly understands that his reputation is on the line with every home build and improvement project that he undertakes. Warren provides an extremely high quality product for a fair price. We have since moved out of the home that Warren built for us, but we still use him for remodeling and home improvement projects. In fact, he is the only contractor that we call.

We had a great experience with Warren Peter Construction. Warren is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. We had an 1800 square foot addition added to our home. Our project was not just an addition, it was like another house added to our existing house. This made things different from the standard construction because things had to adapt to our existing home. They did the whole project from the design all the way thru to completion which included heating/cooling, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, masonry and foundation. He worked with us to stay on budget and kept the project moving and finished in a timely manner. Warren always kept in contact with us and kept us informed. We had no problems with his employees or the sub contractors that he used. He has good quality subcontractors that are like his employees because he works with the same ones all the time. If the opportunity would arise for us to build again we would definitely use Warren Peter Construction.

I hired Warren Peter Construction to build my house in 2010. He started the project when he said he would and finished on time. He worked with me to make the house as energy efficient as we could. His workers were polite and professional. Every time my brother-in-law comes to visit, he looks at the house and says, "They did a good job!" Since building the house, I've hired Warren to build a sidewalk, my sister hired him to redo her roof, and he'll be back this spring to do a patio for me.

We hired them to repair and install our roof. The quality of work provided was outstanding. The roofers were very professional, and worked their butts off for many hours. They were respectful and asked us if we had preferences on how early they could come on the weekend (we did not care, but nice that they asked). They didn't ask us for anything, and they really seemed to know what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves also. It did take weeks to get our bid back, but I think that was due to the extensive oddities with our roof repairs, along with a person in the office staff getting married. The main reason I did not give them 5 stars was the expense. It really made me wince. Also, (and I don't think you can avoid casualties with a project this big) but the delivery truck that brought shingles broke a piece of our driveway- they noticed, but my mother-in-law heard them say they thought it was already broken, and nobody brought it up to us. Not Warren Peter's fault, so we haven't said anything. Things happen. I still very much recommend them. I think they charge more because they are engineers, and they have quality workers. We went with them because we trusted them (from other picky people's positive experiences). So if you're willing to fork out a few extra bucks, go with them. They were really good to work with.

I had a porch and a new sidewalk done by Warren Peter. I was happy that he would take on a smaller job (I've seen the big, beautiful homes he had built). He and his crew were very courteous and did a fabulous job. I am very happy with the quality of the job. Mr. Peter returned phone calls in a timely manner and addressed any concerns I had immediately. They didn't take days off after they began the job like other construction jobs I've had done in the past. When they started it, they continued it until they were finished. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would definitely call him again for another construction job. Thank you, Warren Peter!
