My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We have a very good Project Manager who is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We have not finished our home yet, and so we are reluctant to really set this review in stone. Our expectation is that we would give even more than 3 stars by the time this home is done, though, based upon our experiences thus far.
