Jeff met all my requirements for a great contractor: speedy, clean, considerate, detailed, excellent communicator, and competitive pricing. The communication part will definitely have me hiring Jeff again. He answered my initial queries promptly and once hired, talked with me about the best way to ask questions during construction since I work from home and am often on calls. He and Pedro did a fantastic job on expanding the closet doors in my secondary bedrooms and extending the interior of one by an additional 5 inches. The spackling on the walls was seamless to the untouched parts. Did I mention clean?! We were not left with any cleanup work at all after they were done each evening. That took a lot of pain away from being a construction zone. He also reused materials from the demo to keep my pricing down, which was a big ask of mine. All in all I highly recommend Jeff for renovation jobs and look forward to our next project together.

We needed someone we could trust to get our home ready for sale. Jeff and his crew replaced drywall ceilings, engineered wood floors, cabinets, paint and miscellaneous other items and all of it was completed on time and with no problems. They kept us informed and respected the property as well as our wishes. Great job !!

Jeff and his team took a ratty, out of square attic space and reframed it top to bottom. Additionally, they had to install two massive beams in order for the room to have a cathedral ceiling. Best of all, they came in under the estimate Jeff originally submitted. That's never heard of from a contractor.

We recently had our master bath shower base crack which needed to be repaired quickly. After researching several builders on the internet, we were recommended to give Jeff Thayer at WellDone Building Projects a call. Boy was that a great recommendation! Jeff took the time to answer all our questions and concerns regarding the repair process and price. He provided repair options and detailed exactly what needed to be done. During the demolishing of the old shower base, he would show us why it cracked and provided additional details on what he found was a concern. Jeff made sure to fix all the existing problems. He would give us a 'play by play' of the work that was currently being done. He made us feel very comfortable with each step of the process.
