I have been relying upon Wetmore construction for over 25 years and have been more than satisfied with each of my experiences. They take you under their wing from the beginning of your project through completion and they are 100% available for troubleshooting any of your needs, whether project related or otherwise.

Tom and his team helped us remodel a recently purchased 13 year old home to meet our needs. We replaced a substantial amount of carpet with hardwood floors, re-organized the kitchen layout and made electrical and plumbing upgrades. Tom quickly identified a couple of areas where the initial construction was not properly performed, which saved us from repeated repairs in the future. Tom also reviewed our planned changes and intentions and helped guide us through areas we would have otherwise missed, saving costly re-work. Tom's tradesmen and subcontractors did a great job in completing the work, with high quality and great value. I also appreciate the timely communication keeping us informed on when the work would be done and delivering the work on time. I will absolutely use them again for future projects!

The Wetmores did a great job with our addition, we are very pleased with the project. Most importantly, they finished the project quickly as promised. Our house was damaged in a hail storm. We needed to replace the roof and siding and decided to include our windows too. We selected Wetmore because they were able to complete the entire job for us. It was comforting knowing we had Tom overseeing the entire process. We are close to being finished and our house looks amazing!

I highly recommend Wetmore Construction. Tom and Brian Wetmore did an amazing job on my kitchen. And best, they treated it so much more than just a job. Texts and calls were answered immediately, or if some research was needed to answer my question, they got back to me within a couple of hours. The people they hire for the jobs, like flooring, cabinets, plumbing, etc are professional and extremely qualified. Tom emailed a schedule of when deliveries and installations of each item would occur and true to his word every item was in my house and installed according to the schedule. I was keeping the same granite but wanted a new sink. At first, it looked like I'd be stuck with my old sink(because of the cut of the granite,) but Tom made it happened so I go what I wanted. Brian came back for the walkthrough. I had a list of five (small) items and he got on it immediately. My kitchen is beautiful. The workers got every detail right. I got four estimates before I started the project. Wetmore Construction is not only competitive in price but also a fresh look to what I've dealt with in the past. Professional. Knowledgable. Excellent work ethic. Honest. Timely. Reasonably priced. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Wetmore Construction. Professional.

Brian and Tom were amazing to work with from day one to completion on our first floor remodel and deck addition. They are very transparent on timeline and costs and had great suggestions for keeping our costs within our budget. Very responsive to all questions and laid out all options when choices needed to be made. Their customer service is top notch. One example is we ended up having heating issues in the middle of our demo and Tom was on the phone with us after 10 P.M. trying to first walk us through what to check and try to get it up and running before getting his normal HVAC team over to check it out. Everyone we dealt with from the Wetmore team and all of their subs were friendly, on time, and had great craftmanship. The quality and care that is put into the work done by their team is evident and we still can't believe what a beautiful transformation they were able to bring to reality for us. We recommend the Wetmore team to everyone we know that is thinking of doing a remodel and will definitely be using them for all our reno needs going forward.

After living in a two bedroom bungalow for 8 years, we were ready for a significant change to our 90 year old home. Our plan included an addition on the back of the house and a second story over the new and existing portions. In the years leading up to the project I started collecting information about contractors in the area. Who was trustworthy, ran on schedule, kept to budget and was enjoyable to work with? We fully realized that there were numerous details that we did not know about when building a home and we were looking for a team that would attend to those details in a reputable manner. From the beginning to the end of the process we were consistently impressed with Tom and Brian's ability to fit the requirements for what we were seeking. There was an attentiveness and professionalism that made the process of a huge renovation an enjoyable experience. A few examples...they are both quick to respond to calls and texts. Before work started we received an extremely detailed schedule for the project and that schedule was maintained. As construction progressed and issues came up, I appreciated how Tom and Brian dealt with them. They were so helpful at talking through options with us so that we worked together to find a solution. And most importantly, the finished product is gorgeous, quality workmanship. We would not hesitate to use Wetmore again!

We hired Wetmore to completely rebuild the porch for our 1908 house. Tom and his team were amazing at helping us design a porch that fit our house style. I used to be nervous that our porch would collapse with people on it, but now the quality of Wetmore's work has produced compliments from all our friends and neighbors. I won't hesitate to call Wetmore first for our next project.

Wetmore & Associates were a pleasure to work with. Our project consisted of a complete remodel of our master bedroom and mater bath, installing a new powder room, building out a new laundry room, and re-configuring our dining room. Not only did the finished project exceed our expectations, but Wetmore helped guide us through the process (as this was our first remodel project) and worked with us to quickly address and resolve any issues we encountered along the way. I am delighted with the finished project!! Wetmore & Associates took a "diamond in the rough" and transformed it. With the house being in a historical area, their knowledge and expertise' along with the architect's, helped facilitate the navigation through city historical restrictions. Tom continuously kept us updated with the project, answering any questions or concerns, and moving the project forward on a timely basis. All changes to the original contract were discussed and written change orders provided.. All of his workers and subs were very professional. It was the best renovation experience we have had to date!!! I highly recommend them.

Outstanding work and professionalism. Their work was outstanding on all aspects. They came when they said and kept me informed on all the process steps. Worked closely with Wetmore & Associates on a whole house remodel in the historic district of Geneva, IL. A very challenging project requiring sizable demolition and careful reconstruction.
