This company is quality from top to bottom. The boss is a good hands on type of supervisor and he has quality people he can rely on. His crew members are able to operate independently and they are masters of their trades. I would hire this group again in a heartbeat. The costs were clear from the beginning and we were billed on the projected schedule. And to top it all off, they cleaned up after themselves every evening before they left the site. The two photos I attached do not do justice to the clean sweep of space and the airy quality of the room, but they do show the quality of design and work.

I am one of Whicker Constructions primary building material suppliers and have had the pleasure of working with them for close to two years. In that time they have kept me busy because clients are drawn to working with them for one simple obvious reason: They make one of the most difficult and stress educing investments from new build to renovation and make it easy and fun! They set realistic expectations, set clients up for success through selection, and work with the same network of subs to ensure a consistent result. Don't expect them to take a step back anytime soon either! Whicker keeps involved with trade shows and is well read on the newest product hitting the market. In homes that I've helped them with them has ranged the full spectrum of Modern to Traditional and have no problem pulling it off because of their dedication to keeping on top of the finer details. When I tackled my own bath renovation project they were nice enough to help me with selection process. I don't have an eye for design so the photos attached should fully be credited to the help that Whicker provided!

Brad Whicker built my husband and me a beautiful home in the Parks at Prestwick development. He was the ideal builder for us. First of all, he listened carefully to us, designing our home in accordance with the "want" and "wish" lists we had compiled. This was our first venture in home-building, and Brad patiently walked us through all the stages and provided guidance appropriately. In addition, he has a complement of talented craftsmen working with him who are as professional as he. I recommend Brad Whicker as an exceptional home builder. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Brad did an excellent job on my porch addition. It was a bit tricky as it involved removing a portion of my house... wouldn't have had anyone else do it!

We hired Whicker construction on a referral from a friend for an exterior remodel on our previous home. They did very good quality work and were very professional to work with. Then two years ago we had Whicker build a new house for us on our lot. They did a great job building our house and again they were very professional to deal with. Two years later we are extremely happy with the house and have had very few minimal issues with the house and they have been great about quickly correcting these issues. A much better experience than other people we know who have built custom homes with other builders. I would highly recommend Whicker for a remodel or a complete new home.
