We bought a condo last year in Naples, Florida. We wanted to do some remodeling to update it. We met with a few contractors to do so. When we met Geno from Williams & Thomas Construction we immediately felt at ease, so we chose their services. We got in touch with Sam who took care of the details. He was very helpful, very nice and very respectful. We met the rest of the team at their office. They helped us with the design and created a rendered image that helped us visualize the project. Hunter became the project manager. He is young and very hard working. He did everything he could to make sure everything we asked for was done to our satisfaction. We liked working with him very much. Chris is in charge and was on top of everything even though we never met him in person. It took longer than we hoped for, especially with the county and HOA certification delays. Ultimately, we ended up in a beautiful place, and we are very happy with the result and the work. We very much recommend Williams & Thomas Construction, and we thank them very much for the way they dealt with us and the way they treated us.

We had multiple licensed contractors come out and conduct a walk-thru. Being new construction some right off the bat appeared shading just in conversation along about what we needed to do and outrageous quotes. We met Chris who explained what, the how, when the details and cost. He worked with our schedule which was perfect. If something needed to be tweaked the crew returned made the adjustments within a couple of days. They showed up as planned to get the work done, clean up afterwards. We were totally satisfied and looking forward to using Williams & Thomas on a couple of other projects. You won’t go wrong with this team.. 10 plus out of 10 stars ⭐️.

Chris and his crew of professionals are amazing. I was waiting on reimbursement from my homeowners insurance for a major loss. I hired Williams and Thomas to do the restoration and reconstruction of my upstairs bedroom and bathrooms. Within 2 weeks they completed the job and even matched paint and tiles for all the rooms. I cannot say enough about their work ethic, professionalism and goals for perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking the BEST outcome for any project.
