Ashley and her team did an amazing job on our primary bathroom remodel. Everyone on her crew was extremely skilled, professional, and courteous. We definitely recommend WillowBay for anybody looking to do some renovation.

Ashley and her team took on our neglected basement and transformed it into a beautiful game room where we can display LEGO sets, play games, and relax with friends. She even made my dream of a TARDIS door come true. From the start, Ashley impressed me with her creativity, technical knowledge, and honesty. When she wasn’t fully sure about a detail, she researched it and came back with the right solution. That integrity and humility built real trust. She began with a walkthrough, created a schematic, then developed a detailed mock-up listing every material, finish, and fixture. We reviewed it all together and fine-tuned it until it matched our vision perfectly. Work included new floors, walls, ceilings with recessed lighting, doors, a completely rebuilt bathroom, hidden access for the electrical panel, and a neatly framed portal with a small door to reach the crawl space. The space feels bright, functional, and completely new. Partway through the remodel, a tree fell on our garage. Ashley didn’t miss a beat. She called an inspector, coordinated with our insurance company, and had the roof repaired in less than a week. It was incredibly helpful, and we barely had to handle anything ourselves. Her team was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. Sara, Ashley’s right hand, was a delight and kept the whole process running smoothly. Sara, happy Halloween! I hope your cauldron never runs dry. This was my first time working with a female general contractor, and I can honestly say I’ll never go back. Ashley’s mix of skill, communication, and care for her clients is rare. I’ve already recommended her to others, and they’ve had the same outstanding results. Excellent overall work by the WillowBay Constructon team on repairing-replacing our townhouse roof, and painting our shutters. My wife & I plan to do several more improvement projects with them in the coming season. WillowBay lead Ashley N communicated clearly and quickly with us on both projects, including specifying costs and timing. We feel good about the cost-quality value of both projects. The contractors WillowBay used provided good quality workmanship. WllowBay's billing team handled the payment process smoothyl and securely.

Ashley and her team were great! We heard about her from friends who said they had a great experience, and we were not disappointed! She researched to find the best possible option for our repairs, which saved us a bunch of money. Ashley was honest and forthcoming about timelines and potential difficulties. And she made a point to check in with us throughout the process to let us know things were on track. Her clarity and communication was some of the best we’ve had with any contractor. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone doing repairs or renovations!

We had an excellent experience using WillowBay Construction for our bathroom renovation. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had or fixes we felt needed to be made. We needed an ADA compliant bathroom. She was willing to work with us to tweak some things throughout the project and kept a very friendly and positive attitude throughout. The team was very thorough and worked extremely hard to get things done in our timeline and budget. We are very happy with the end result. Will definitely be using WillowBay for any future projects!!

It is extremely hard to find a trustworthy, professional, honest, efficient, and communicative contracting company these days. Ashley and her team embody all of that. I had half a dozen different contractors and chimney experts over the past few years try to identify how to fix a leak in my chimney. WillowBay was the only company that not only immediately figured out the issue, but really took the time to trial and error (looking at roof, lining, stonework, attic, etc.) in order to permanently fix the issue for the long term. I highly recommend WillowBay! Won't use another company moving forward.
