We recently had work completed by Wize Home Direct and they far EXCEEDED our expectations!!! They were responsive to all requests, very professional, I'm only sorry that I didn't have them do ALL the work to my house. I cannot explain how wonderful they are, Rachel knocked it out of the park with customer service!!! She contacted me, kept me updated, never once did I have to wonder how everything was going or when work would get done as she answered ALL questions kept me updated and was beyond AMAZING!!! Each request I made they met and exceeded!!! Just absolutely phenomenal I cannot thank them enough!!! EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING!! My deck, my chimney, my siding.... just wonderful!!! Thank you, thank you Wize Home Direct!!! Jason and VANN and EVERYONE is simply wonderful!!

These guys are great, I had my deck completely redone. They were all so nice, really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what they promised. Very happy with end result. Don't hesitate to contact them for your next home project. I will definitely have them do my next one.

Wize Home Direct did a fantastic job with my gutter installation. The salesman was straight-forward and honest about the cost of the project from the beginning. Other companies that quoted me played the game where they give you a quote three times what it should cost and then negotiate down, "call their supervisor for a better price," come back 30 minutes later with a better price, and then call the next with an even better price. Wize Home didn't play any games, their price was the lowest from the beginning, they came out quickly and did an outstanding job. I will hire them again and again. Thank you Wize Home Direct!

Jay showed and explained the quality and workmanship of the Windows. He explained the price and there wasn't any pressure to buy. We looked at other companies and decided to go with Wize Home Direct.

They did excellent work executing a solution for stopping the water from cascading over the sides during heavy downpours by installing larger gutters, gutter guards, and setting up things on the roof to help redirect the flow. I'd give them five stars but they did a poor job of cleaning up my yard after the work was done, leaving chunks of leaves that were pulled out of the old gutters on the lawn along with some screws around the yard. They also crushed and killed a bush with their ladder and did some minor damage to one of the downspouts while trying to remove the old gutters.

I am very pleased with the results of the work done here. I contacted Wize Home Direct and got an estimate to have our bathroom tatally renovated. The price was right and the job was completed in a timely manner. The two men that were assigned to the job were totally professional and yet warm and friendly. I always felt like I could trust everyone from Wize Home Direct. Soon,we will be needing to have more work done. Yes, I will hire these people again.

This outfit took on a project that three other contractors refused. It was the replacement of a wall of windows with a double sliding patio door. The wall was set into a post and beam built family room. They searched hard for a supplier of the components which required oak surfaces to match the rest of the windows, found a good supplier and installed the window wall. They corrected a couple of errors made by the manufacturer of the components and did a superb installation. Fit and finish was excellent.

Wize did the vinyl on our overhang and gables, ( we have a brick ranch ) . They used high quality materials and did a very good job. I had one small area that I wasn't completely happy with. They quickly had it fixed. Very happy with the work they did.

I had insulation replaced in mom's attic, the people who came were respectful and efficient. Only problem was that one new employee accidentally knocked down and cracked a couple of ceiling tiles. The company sent someone to her house to repair the area and he did a good job . I
