Yankee Remodeler did a great job on a full bath and partial kitchen remodel. The crew, which was led by an experienced project manager, and process was very professional. They presented reasonable options, problem-solved issues and delivered in a timely manner. Working with them was a positive experience. The outcome of remodel met my expectations. Great job!

I have only the highest of praise for the people who are Yankee Remodeler. For years I have heard of their great reputation, but this year I experienced it for myself. After having an estimate for some desired work on my house, I found that the work was of a more urgent nature. Brian and Wes were the ones on site who helped us prioritize the project and get started. Of course, with my house being over 100 years old, a surprise or two are bound to happen. Once again, Brian was there to guide us and the job to completion . Never was there any doubt as to what was being done, how much it would cost or when it would be completed. The job was not only my priority but theres. I am so happy with the final project and intend to hire Yankee Remodeler to do more work to my home. In addition, my neighbors were impressed with the craftsmanship displayed and hired Yankee Remodeler to do work on their house. There can't be any greater compliment for them to have, than repeat business and word of mouth praise by people they live and work near. I think of the good that Yankee Remodeler has done for me every time I enter my home and I expect anyone else would too.

Yankee is first rate from start to finish. From excellent shop work and on site carpentry at a high level of craftmanship, they are ready from the outset to do high quality work. They are organized, have all the right subs and are ready to hit the ground running to get a job done. They also work closely with customers to plan out the cost and timetable of every project. I would highly recommend them.

We found Gregg to be very professional, competent to the task, and he showed concern for what we were trying to accomplish. When asked what he thought of a particular aspect of our project, he gave us what seemed to be a well thought out opinion based on experience and skill. When asked for recommendations, he gave us options for us to choose from. In every professional aspect of his performance, he exceeded our expectations. There were some snags in the timeline but they were not his or Yankee's fault, but rather, suppliers. Aside from the professional aspects, he was a really nice guy that we enjoyed knowing and working with.

Yankee Remodeler has done a number of projects for us including renovating our kitchen, overseeing a new roof, and most recently renovating our master bath. The project manager has always ensured that work moved along efficiently, bringing in qualified subs as needed. Our team arrived at 7:30 every morning, and cleaned up the house at the end of each day. The work was excellent, and the people a pleasure to work with. Everything was done right to the smallest detail. I highly recommend them!

Yankee is very professional and the quality of work was excellent. Having Brian as project manager really helped the project take shape and stay on track. You cannot go wrong hiring Yankee, as the saying goes you get what you pay for!

I've worked on many projects over the last five years with Yankee Remodeler, from complete house remodel to hanging a bulletin board properly. All best in class performance. I've even recommended Yankee to my church for a major building project...successfully completed on time and on budget. Karl stands behind all of the work completed, even when he doesn't have to. I can't say enough about these guys...not the cheapest but always the best.

Yankee did a complete redo of the exterior of my house, siding , aluminum trim, shutters Windows and a new composite deck. First class job! The transformation is stunning.

We have worked with the team at Yankee Remodeler since the 1980's. Their approach and experience has always impressed me and I would definitely recommend their services to homeowners and professionals alike.

Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
