Zarrilli Homes is a high-end builder of modular homes. They start out with great products at a reasonable base price, so you don't need to upgrade as much. The home we are building will be beautiful, when it's built. We are rebuilding our beach house after Superstorm Sandy destroyed it Oct 31, 2012. We began our relationship with Zarrilli in December, 2012, and are now waiting on the township to approve our building permit. Everything post-Sandy seems to take twice as long as expected. Our relationship with Zarrilli homes, and Anthony Zarrilli in particular, has been excellent. He's spent countless hours reviewing every detail of our project and giving us the guidance we've needed to build a custom modular home at a price we can afford. We researched modular home builders thoroughly prior to selecting Zarrilli Homes, and firmly believe that they are the best builder in the Jersey Shore.
