Zych Construction recently finished our new home and we could not have been more impressed. Though this was not a surprise, as this was the second home Zych's have built for us. We chose to go with Brian again because the quality and service are second to none. Brian is always responsive to any questions and is more than fair with any issues, though there are very few. His communication was excellent all the way through the process. This starts with Brian and Tracy but runs all the way through all of his sub contractors as well. I highly recommend Zych Construction and would not look any further if we ever looked to build again.

I’m a first time home buyer and I had Zych Construction do a renovation of my main level before moving in to the property. They completely remodeled the kitchen and found a more practical & better suited cabinet layout than when I originally purchased the home, which was my favorite part. Brian is very responsive and offers good advice when I had big decisions to make. I am overall 100% satisfied with my experience from hire to completion & even post project communication. I would recommend Zych Construction to anyone whether you’re looking for a residential update or new construction home.

We were very impressed with Brian and his team. From our first meeting about what we wanted to the completion date, he listened to what we wanted, shared ideas to make it even better than we had ever imagined and was seemingly able to read our minds when we wanted to change something. They exceeded their timeline and came in at or below our estimate! If you want to remodel your home, Zych Construction should definitely be highly considered.

When looking for a builder, we looked at several and kept coming back to Zych. I couldn't be more pleased with our choice and my home. We live in an area that can be incredibly windy. I won't notice until I walk outside on the driveway because my home is that solidly built!
