First off, Thank you for taking the time to look at my ad... I appreciate it. In light of the current events situation, I am available for outside work so go ahead and contact me. My hourly rate is $45.00/hour FIRM!!!...Or quote by the job!!! THIS IS TO BE DISCUSSED FROM NOW ON BEFORE I SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK OR TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR WORK TO BE DONE!! TOO many "cheap" people out there "haggle" with me when it comes time to pay the bill at the end of the job so my hourly is FIRM. Secondly, I am a problem solver by nature. I am very handy to have around your property. Most of my work is for the physically challenged or the elderly folks. Specialties are: fixing repairing just about anything basically and problem solving/troubleshooting almost any annoying problem around your home and property. (exmpls: clogged drains, electrical outlets, ect...) **** I LIKE to know what caused the problem in the FIRST place!!**** ... then make common sense suggestions as to how to fix your problem/s. I do any and all labor jobs. I do landscaping, mowing, trimming, yard clean-ups, gutter repairing, gutter cleaning, "gutter guards", roof cleaning, pressure washing, mulching, bed preparing, deck refinishing, interior painting (color changes), dryer duct cleaning (duct sweeping), general labor, moving help, basement clean-outs, garage clean-outs, fence installing (chain-link, wood privacy, and pallet fences - NO VINYL!! It DOES NOT last and WARPS). I don't think there's much that I can not do. I am NOT a carpenter or claim to be. I can NOT build an entire home but I MUST clarify that. I am NOT a carpenter but I can do what needs done. Thanks for letting me clarify myself as Ive had a few people ask me about "building walls".
