0 ⭐️ should be an option! Paul Ballard started our project April 2021, took 95% of the money we agreed on, worked sporadically approximately 10 days, working 1-2 days then not showing up for weeks at a time. Returned in August asking for more money and promised he’d return to finish the job. The project is still not completed! And has to be torn down and reconstructed due to his poor work. He degraded our property and caused massive land erosion which we’ve had to get someone to attempt repair. Paul Ballard took advantage of us! Please do not let this happen to You! He’s dishonest and not dependable and his work is very subpar!
