We hired this so called builder and had nothing but issues with him. The owner Andrew McKay promised so much and could not deliver on even the smallest things like the right size garage door. Then he gets mad that we did not pay for an upgrade for windows in the garage door. My wife was diagnosed with MS and we had this home professionally designed to use if foundation as we wanted a wheelchair accessible front door. And Andrew McKay promised he could do it with a regular foundation wall. He was horribly mistaken and then said he always thought the wheelchair access was in the garage but guess what still did not deliver his promise of no Ramps. We have a wheel chair ramp in the garage now. Do not use this builder for anything. Do not recommend them at all.
