We couldn’t be happier with the results of our full house renovation and extension. From the very first meeting, Arben was professional, transparent and unlike other builders we met, was passionate and excited to take on our project. The project included a full internal and outside refurbishment and a rear/side extension and Arben and his team delivered to the highest standard. His team were all punctual, delivered to a high quality and kept the side tidy throughout. His team have also worked with Arben for a very long time (10+ years) and this was something important to us and a testament to Arben. Any questions or changes we had were addressed quickly and professionally. Arben worked well with our Architect and provided solutions to problems and ideas which were welcomed. The workmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail really shows in the final finish. Needing some renovation work done on our home, we turned to AD Construction and are very glad that we did. Arben and his workmen turned out to be the perfect choice. AD construction did our downstairs renovation and extension for us from May to November 2023. The plan was to add a bathroom, utility, install new boiler, demolish conservatory and replace with new extension. We picked Arben because - unlike some of the other companies - he managed his own team rather than a marketing company that contracted out to a third party. We were really pleased with the build quality and Arben’s creative input - his suggestions really improved on the designs. Eg moving doorways and layout advice that made a big difference to the end design. The team were without fail incredibly polite and respectful and actually made living on site as bearable an experience as possible. It’s always a huge leap of trust to select a builder but we were not disappointed and would wholeheartedly reccommend Arben and his team to anyone.

We used AD Construction because they were recomended to us by good friends and because Arben's quotation was competetive and he seemed friendly and responsive. We did not regret it. We've used AD construction for a couple of projects - our previous house extension and our new house loft conversion, kitchen extension and general refurb. Arben is great to work with, he understands what works and has a good eye for design and detail. He's always open to ideas and suggestions and helped us throughout the projects - even when we changed a design aspect during the build. His team are respectful and lovely, but most importantly, hard working and thorough.
