ADU Crew is proud to be family-owned and operated with over 20 years of building experience. We are based out of Martinez, California and service the entire Bay Area. Being a smaller company allows us to dedicate more time on your project and provide a more personalized experience. ADU Crew delivers a service that brings a solution to one of California’s biggest problems, affordable housing. With the increasing demand for housing paired with an overall lack of space to build, California passed new laws with the goal to accelerate the construction of ADUs. Given the sharp increase in building costs, we knew traditional construction was not the answer. Our solution; factory-built ADUs. We began our search for the most effective factory-built ADUs and landed on manufactured housing. Given its efficient and affordable nature, this style of ADU solves all of traditional construction’s problems. ADUs are our passion and we cannot wait to build something great together.
