Remodeling can be very scary. When you start a project, you hear so many stories—friends recommending a friend of a friend, or horror stories about contractors who never finish projects. We even heard about a neighbor suing a construction company they had hired. With all that in mind, my husband and I were very careful while searching for a company that could give us peace of mind and earn our trust. Our painter, who had done a great job in our house, recommended Anders right away. When I looked them up online, what really caught my attention was that they have been in business since 1960, which was very impressive. I also checked their social media and liked what I saw. After our first meeting with Austin Schmidt and his team, we decided to move forward with them for our kitchen remodel. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Kaylynn Anderson was wonderful at helping me stay within my budget. Of course, a girl can dream—but she helped keep things realistic! I absolutely love my kitchen. The remodel took about three months, and everyone on the team was fantastic. We were especially fortunate to have Ted Bieser as our project manager. He was beyond extraordinary—always keeping us informed, making sure we stayed on schedule, and sending daily texts with updates about the progress. He was also on site regularly, ensuring everything was clean, organized, and done properly. I had the whole project in my mind, but when everything was completed, it truly blew me away. Everything we selected came together perfectly, and the result is beautiful. When the project was finished, we needed a few small touch-ups, and Ted made sure everything was taken care of to perfection. We still have other rooms to remodel, and at this point we feel like we are “married” to Anders forever!

After Thirty years of waiting until I retired, I finally was fortunate to contact Anders Custom Homes to remodel my bathrooms and in stall a walk-in shower.... It turned out beautiful.ly.. So a year later I contacted them to re model my entire kitchen, laundry room and living room.... I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. Ted, the project manager was committed to being sure that everything met my standards. I have an up coming project in the works and when I am ready,There's no doubt in my mind who to call.

We had a large tree fall on our rental duplex and UpKeep took care of us! Roof had to be fix, exterior soffit, inside roof rafters, insulation, drywall, new kitchen cabinets and tops and painting, floors redone and plumbing work. We also upgraded the bathroom. Upkeep was very professional, coordinated and did excellent work on our project! They made it so easy!

I have worked with Upkeep both professionally thru our flooring company helping to provide services we don’t offer, as well as personally, on projects around my house. Always a great experience and great quality! Highly recommend.

Beautiful transformation of our 30 year old oak staircase into a more modern look! Austin helped with material selections, production staff communicated daily and did quality work. Highly recommend!
