Dan Arbic and his crews completed our new house in early 2015. Their attention to detail and excellent and timely communication allowed for the completion of construction on time and within , even though we were living remotely at the time. Arbic Construction built our new home in 2015. We were pleased with the process, the construction results, and timeliness of completion. Dan Arbic was very “hands on” during both planning and construction. His reputation as a highly skilled builder with great integrity certainly made a difference for us, and it was also apparent in his strong relationship with his subcontractors and great crews. We appreciated his input and creative ideas. Dan has followed up well on any items that needed attending to following completion. We love our new home by Arbic Construction and would highly recommend them!

If you are considering a project, you need to contact Arbic Construction. My project was a complete renovation that was already over budget due to changes that I made. Once Arbic began work they came across insulation and heating concerns that would have added additional costs. Arbic Construction, being more concerned about the quality of home they build and less concerned about their profits, was committed to completing every stage of the project to their self imposed standards and were unwilling to cut corners. Arbic literally absorbed the cost of a new furnace, which was not part of the original bid, and did significant insulation work at their expense to maintain the integrity of the product they produce.

If I were to have another construction project, I would not hesitate to work with Dan Arbic. Dan was in charge of an extensive "redo" of a cottage built in the 1950's and turned it into a showplace. He was easy to work with and was true to his word. The quality of his work was exceptional.

I can't say enough good things about Dan Arbic and Arbic Construction. Dan is very personable and easy to work with. He said he could have my house done in roughly 60 days and it was done in roughly 60 day. The construction work was excellent. The crews were friendly. What more can I say.

His work is very high quality with strong attention to detail, and good communication during the pre-construction, construction and punch-list phases. His pricing reflects a quality product; he is very honest about options and what works while willing to identify value-added solution that help the home owner over the longer-term. Arbic Construction is the best builder in the area. Our home was built in 2004 and everything about it is perfect. Dan is very detail-oriented and a perfectionist. He only hires the areas best. Dan was really nice to work with and allowed us to have lots of input into our project.
