Ryan and Zsa Zsa were the best!! We had a truly wonderful experience building with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful! Our experience was great from start to finish. They do a wonderful job with communication between clients and contractors, and they stay up on all that is going on. They care very much about their homes and their clients. Also, you won’t find a cleaner build site. They hold Thor contractors to a very high standard. We love our home they built for us in Granbury!

Audience Homes is absolutely a top notch business home professional. From the moment I first walked into my new home, all the way to today, my experience with the Clifford’s has been a joy. Even after the initial warranties had expired, Ryan and Zsa Zsa still stood by their product and assisted me with inquiries when needed. I had friends and neighbors with builders that left them high and dry, even when they were still under warranty. As of today (almost four years later), I still have very few items that are not perfect! They take pride in their homes, and IT SHOWS!

As a home designer, I really enjoy working with Ryan and Zsa. I have worked with them on numerous projects. They are extremely nice and always very professional and easy to work with. They truly care about their customers, their customers vision, and helping to achieve their vision within budget. They always try to offer a unique touch to ever home they build, as well as a unique experience for the homeowners. They treat everyone like family and create long lasting relationships with those they work with, from homeowners to all of their subcontractors and vendors. Truly delightful people, highly recommend.

Audience Homes has been an absolute blessing to us. We truly believe they were brought into our lives to help us through this process. We were incredibly anxious following a bad experience with another builder, but Ryan and ZsaZsa helped relieve all of our anxiety, answered our crazy questions, and really made the process such a joy. They had multiple conversations with us prior to signing on with them to help us understand their unique approach compared to the cookie cutter approaches of so many other builders. They are one of a kind, and offer a one of a kind experience to their clients. We learned so much about our own home and the building process through their experience and willingness to share their knowledge so that we would fully understand the reason for any recommendation they made for us. They were able to incorporate some special design requests that we had (antique doors for the win!) and also helped to find the perfect marriage between our "dream" and our "budget" so that we could have the best of both worlds. We are thankful beyond words! Audience Homes truly is excellence beyond compare.

From the very beginning of our house project Audience Homes was right on board with us. Every detail and every question was given attention too. Their responses were prompt and if we needed to meet they made the time. We love our house that has now become our home. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and friends. From the first meeting with Ryan and Zsa Zsa, it was a comfortable fit. They listened and were enthusiastic about building my custom home. The focus was about making it the best. Communication is important, especially given this was my first build. They ensured the necessary conversations for understanding and clarity occurred as an important part of the process. We’re just in the planning stages of our project, and Ryan and ZsaZsa are a delight to work with. They are very helpful, with creative ideas for planning the home that we want. Audience Homes recently built a home for relatives of mine, and I was impressed with the team of construction professionals who worked on that project. Having worked with an architect to design and build the home I currently live in, I can tell that Audience Homes is quite capable and produce a good finished product.
