My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Barratt Builders, has been providing custom home building, additions and remodeling in northeast Fl. since 1992. We provide hands on construction in which Jerry and his Sons preform much of the finishes, such as wood trim, cabinetry, tile etc...and we are also supported by a team of well trusted quality subcontractors.

Custom home builder with 30+ years experience. Mr. Barratt & sons built our custom home. I have friends & neighbors whose homes were built & remodeled by Mr. Barratt. Everyone I have spoke with is well pleased with his work & he is highly recommended. The person who gave Barratt Builders one star & bad review has to be "sour grapes". I know Mr. Barratt's work is excellent & he is a perfectionist. You would not get the personalized care and very competitive prices from any of the "big name" builders.
