I have worked with Bart Nichols for a number of years. Always wants the best for his customer and works to make sure the custom get the highest quality.

We hired Bart Nichols to remodel our house, which was new to us but older and in need of renovation. Among other things, Bart and his team completely renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, and floors and replaced the exterior siding of the house. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Bart has a great team of skilled professionals who worked with me to make my house everything I hoped it would be and more. I would definitely recommend Bart as my first choice to anyone interested in remolding their house or building it from scratch.

Bart Nichols is building our home in Fannett Texas. We have been 100% pleased with his work! He is very easy to talk to. He is very professional; helpful; considerate to our needs; does what he says he will do. We did our homework before considering to go with Nichols construction! We never expected building our home would go as smooth as it has. We live near where we are building and go over to the site several times in a day...we've watched every step of it go up. The people building our home has shown to us they take pride in what they are doing. One of the areas I was looking for in the contractor was "communication" and Bart is great at keeping us updated; being on site; and returning calls!
