About Us

Bartlett Construction is an established certified green local construction company with an unlimited building license based in the Pinehurst/Sandhills area. Its primary building emphasis is the construction of quality custom and custom-like building projects. Although we have a new residence orientation, Bartlett Construction also builds commercial buildings, home additions, as well as interior and exterior renovation and remodeling. We even build horse barns.

What a great young man. Although our home is not completed yet, we have been working with Kevin for the past 6 months and find he and his subs very professional, timely, attentive and skilled in their crafts. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to build or remodel a home in the Pinehurst area.

Bartlett Construction purchased my parents house from my brother and I when we were selling the house for my mother. He completely redid the whole house exactly how my father had envisioned. Bartlett construction re-modeled my house with beautiful built in bookcases with a fireplace, added on to the master bedroom as well as a Carolina Room. If I had the money I would have bought the house right back from him. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the local area with my personal home.
