Our experience with Barton Construction could not have been better. From the the first meeting to discuss what our vision was for our home, to the last day when Doug handed us the keys to our gorgeous new place, the process was seamless. I always had complete confidence that any time we had a issue to be addressed, Doug and his team would make sure it was solved. Doug's attention to detail and his love of building is evident in every aspect of our project. We are thrilled with our new home!

We would highly recommend Barton Construction. Doug Barton, Lisa Barton and the crew tasked to build our home, were all wonderful to work with. The Bartons pride themselves in the quality of their craftsmanship and flexibility through the building process. We have been in our home for over a year now and Doug remains committed to our satisfaction with the home.

Doug Barton is an excellent builder and highly I endorse him. He came recommended to us and proved to be an A+ builder. He was and is always very responsive even after the house was complete to our calls and questions. He worked diligently to ensure the outcome we desired. I commend him for his patience because if he can work with me, he can work with anyone. Just ask him.

Barton Construction recently built us our dream home in Tallahassee. From start to finish, Barton Construction was extremely professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. As we all know, building a home can be highly stressful and can lead to horror stories, but this experience with Barton Construction has really restored our faith that quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail still exists. There are other good builders out there, but if you want the highest quality project that comes in on-time and on-budget, we can't recommend Barton highly enough.

Doug has completed several commercial jobs for me in a high rise downtown office building ranging from small tenant finish renovations to very large full floor installations. Doug understands the importance of providing class "A" work while keeping the budget in line. He is responsive, pays attention to detail, and is a craftsman of the highest order. I am happy to recommend Doug without reservation for commercial or residential work.

Barton Construction did master bathroom and bedroom upgrade in 2012, repair work after we had a tree destroy most of attached garage in 2010, and did major in;law suite addition and other upgrades in 2005. Same experience each time: good oversight, good communications, good work product, on time, within or under budget. Highly recommend.

Commented: Where can shutters like these be purchased in Tallahassee?These are standard board and batten shutters and can be purchased at any local hardware store such as Probuild or Capital City Lumber.
