Added garage. Added bathroom. Replaced siding and replaced metal roof. Painted interior and stained exterior. Replaced stair treads. Added bay windows in living room. Installed wood flooring. Extended covered walkway. We are very pleased we chose Baxter Construction to transform and update our mountain home. Rick Baxter is very conscientious of the customer's wishes and performed or supervised all of the work. The workmanship is superior. His cost estimates are accurate and parts of the project came in under budget. Rick had good suggestions and ideas. We did a majority of the project long distance and Rick was communicative and provided photographic updates. He did excellent trim work and cabinetry. Rick is very personable and we became friends during the course of the project.

Rick Baxter did excellent work with new construction on our home (a finished modular set on an unfinished basement). Rick finished out the basement, stairs and bathroom, and also built our garage and a connecting breezeway. He completed our deck, covered it and added a small gazebo. He remodeled the front gable. He applied stucco to the exterior basement wall. He is completely knowledgeable about county codes and his work is trusted and highly respected by county inspectors because he does things right and he does them well. He is personable, hard working and easy to work with. We give him the highest recommendation possible.
