My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have had a wonderful experience with beach concepts. They were professional, on time, and trustworthy. Renovated my downstairs and brought back for a second job to do my master bathroom. Hoping to set them up soon to add on a porch.

Brooks and Jason were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job on the total renovation of our kitchen and home in Rehoboth Beach. They took great care in making sure that the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They gave us good advice on finishes and recommendations on products to use. The final cost was within 2% of our agreed upon budget. They were very responsive and keep us informed of the progress and addressed any of our concerns quickly. In addition, their crew was equally considerate and professional. Can't wait to get started on a major bathroom renovation! To top it all off, they are just really nice guys! I would highly recommend them.

The guys at Beach Concepts are awesome! I’ve now used them for 4 projects at my house in Dewey - their prices are always reasonable and they are very easy to work with, demonstrating better flexibility, creativity and communication than any other contractor I’ve ever used. I look forward to working with them again for my next project.
