Benchmark infused it's quiet luxury inspired design with high quality finishes and several thoughtful conveniences. It all started with a thorough and ongoing consultation process that explored my lifestyle, aesthetic, and a series of must haves. This level of detail included a wide variety of material and color palettes. The Benchmark team eagerly offered advice when asked and I could not be more excited about the final product inside and out. John designed and built a beautiful modern home with an open floorpan, generous garage space, and tall ceilings that created wonderful overall volume across the entire home.
