Berkeley Construction Group Inc. started as a General Contracting company, working with clients to help them renovate or build a new home. Our team of construction professionals are skilled at providing construction services whether, it is custom windows, paint, stairs & railings, bathroom renovations, and more. As the company grew, Berkeley Construction Group Inc. branched out and established a separate division to specialize in installing modular and factory built houses to customers in Northern California and the Bay Area. We teamed up with the major retailers and factories to install homes built by various manufacturers and retailers. Factory built homes has been our main focus for the last 2 years and we plan to expand in this arena and provide specialized services to the modular and factory built homes industry. In addition to installation and site work, we also provide the following services: ** CAD ** Building Permits ** Land Survey ** Assist and provide document submittal to financial institutions and insurance companies.
