My first time building and it was a breeze with Bickimer! They provided tenured pleasant contacts at each of their 3rd party providers who provided valuable and pertinent advice during selections. The craftsmanship involved in every facet of this home is top notch… Pella casement windows were standard in my model, and the trim work is fabulous. Bickimer provides you with an app to capture every question/answer and they added regular progress photos to the app during the build. Every single Bickimer employee I interacted with was friendly and 100% interested in my satisfaction, never waited longer than an hour for a response to any question. I love my new Bickimer home, not one regret or one sleepless night!

Building a home with Bickimer was a wonderful experience. Nathan, our amazing project manager, took time to thoroughly and honestly answer every question, was already working on correcting issues before we saw them, and kept us informed with pictures and videos of our house being built. His kindness and communication were outstanding and they are fortunate to have him on their team!! Brad also had a wealth of knowledge that aided many of our decisions and Rachael was such a pleasure to work with. Excellence and integrity are not just marketing words to this builder, it is how they approach every detail! The quality of the work from foundation, to trim, to finishes, shows the pride they take in each custom build. No wonder Bickimer Homes has a five star rating and an impeccable reputation in our city going on 40 years. We are honored to have walked this home building journey with such an amazing team. It is rare to encounter a homebuilder that cares as much about their customers and the quality of their craftsmanship as Bickimer Homes. My wife and I worked with Bickimer Homes on a major project in 2021, and despite the many curveballs thrown their way during a challenging year for homebuilders, they completed the work with extraordinary customer service and outstanding attention to detail. We also cannot say enough good things about Matt V. and Cory S. These gentlemen were courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. Bickimer Homes is very lucky to have those guys on the team! We highly recommend Bickimer Homes, and they will be our builder of choice in the future.

My wife and I want to thank the whole Bickimer team...Tommy, Rachael, Tom, Kristen, Darrin, and Cory and all the trades that were involved to build our dream home. Building a custom home is a daunting and time consuming task. The team at Bickimer homes made it manageable, easy, and possible. They worked around my busy medical training schedule to ensure the home could be completed with the lot, pricing, and options we desired. Their professionalism navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic with the increased lumber costs, supply and labor shortages couldn't have been any better. I have heard horror stories from others building at the same time with a different builder. I never had a doubt in my mind I was a forgotten customer or getting taken advantage of. This isn't our first new home so we had an idea what to expect for quality and finishes. After all, each home is built by hand and unique. All of the custom woodwork, cabinets, and trim were beautifully crafted with quality in mind. Although it is a new home, Bickimer still builds them with character in mind and is far from being "plain". Our building superintendent, Tom, always had a critical eye out for detail. They got it done right the first time and is backed by a 1 year warranty. We are about 90 days in our new home and couldn't be any happier. The warranty manager/specialist, Cory, is easy to get a hold and to talk to. Minor repairs were done and scheduled with ease thanks to Cory. Again, I cannot stress enough, Bickimer fully backs their home and we were not forgotten as a customer (unlike previous builders we have dealt with). Thanks again, Bickimer homes! My wife and I love our dream home and see us growing our family into this home for many years to come.

We had the best experience building with Bickimer. They were responsive to our questions. They made sure to get a clear picture of what we wanted exactly. The quality of our house is absolutely incredible. They set our closing date at our pre-construction meeting (July), and they stayed on schedule throughout the ENTIRE process. We closed on the date they set (April). They made the experience so enjoyable, I wish we could do it all over again! I would recommend Bickimer to anyone and everyone who wishes to build a house. And IF the day ever comes again, that we can build, I will for sure being using Bickimer.
