Blueprint Properties is an exceptional builder that prides in workmanship and quality, its been little over a year now since we moved into our new home and the quality has been outstanding. New England had one of the worst winters with folks we know having water leaks due to ice dams, our house had no issues thanks to the quality and effort put in by Blueprint Properties to make our home not only look beautiful but withstand mother nature. It took us about 8-10 months to find our new home, one year later very happy and feel lucky that we ended up picking a property built by Blueprint Properties.

Kristen and Ryan did a fantastic job with a custom build for us. They completely renovated an older home from the inside out, and we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the finished product. I was also impressed they were able to complete such a large scale project within a relatively short amount of time (7 months). They were a pleasure to deal with during the building process, and I always thought they were fair. They have also been helpful and responsive with requests to fix any minor issues since moving in.

I met Ryan and Kristen Lenhart in 2013 when my family was looking to move to a new home. I had reservations about building a home vs. purchasing one that was move in ready as I had heard such horror stories with contractors and builders. Ryan and Kristen completely put my fears to rest. They were professional, prompt and communicated all and any issues directly to us. Building the home with them was such a positive experience I would happily do it again and always recommend them to anyone who is looking for services. We closed on the house and many friends said that we would never hear from a builder again. This is not the case with Ryan and Kristen. Anytime I had a question or if I found something needed a touch up they were responsive and always accommodated to my scheduling needs. Over the 2 years I have been in the home we have given many tours and people are impressed with the quality and professionalism in their work. This team was a pleasure to work with and they have given my family a home that we continue to enjoy and will cherish for many years to come.

Blueprint Properties' work was clearly far above the rest - top of the line finishes from appliances to mouldings and everything in between.
