My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Boston Construct, LLC is a team of people dedicated to providing complete customer satisfaction in every aspect of a construction project. We pride ourselves on our quality craftsmanship, as well as our project management and communication. We perform design and construction projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom renovations, to custom site development and custom homes. We specialize in site development as well as complete tear down and rebuilds. We are a full service design-build firm, allowing our clients to take their dreams from concept to completion under one roof. We provide preliminary estimating and value engineering to ensure that the project corresponds with the client’s budget throughout the design phase. With several jobs completed under our management, we are prepared to assist our clients with a custom project tailored to their precise needs. Boston Construct management has been creating happy clients in Needham, Wellesley, Newton, Weston and surrounding areas since 1996, and have been active members in NARI (National Association Remodeling Industry). We have supported our regional communities by donating our time and money to various charities throughout the area. We enjoy what we do, from initial design consultation, to providing the finishing touches, and have a passion to please our clients along the way. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of craftsmanship and customer service in the design-build industry. We hired Boston Construct, LLC, to do a complete tear-down and rebuild of a master bathroom. This was a complex project that required permits, engineering work, and a lot of complicated tile and plumbing work for a steam room/steam shower. Ron and his crew were EXCELLENT to work with and surpassed all our expectations. This was a long, complex project, so I was very happy that Ron was such a great communicator throughout the whole process. We always knew what was going on and who was going to show up and when. If we have any future projects, Ron will be our first call!!!

My husband and I selected Boston Construct, LLC to complete an exterior wall repair (due to water damage) and remodel our 1940s bathroom. Ron and his team did an outstanding job. They were dependable, friendly, accommodating, highly skilled, and attentive to detail. What's more, the project was on time and on budget. We are pleased beyond our expectations, and would happily work with them again for any future projects.

We hired Boston Construct, LLC to redo a full bathroom in our house, and we're so happy with how it turned out. It was a pretty big job for a relatively small space (demolishing and removing an old cast iron tub, demolishing old tile and flooring, rebuilding a small support wall and shelf for the tub nook, replacing the vanity and sink, tiling the walls and floor, replacing the bathroom fan and lights). We were so impressed with the quality of work throughout - everything was done carefully and meticulously, and the end result looks so great. The one downside was that the job took longer than estimated (I think they estimated 4 weeks and it took about 6), but I would take that over a quick but shoddy job any day. It was easy to get in touch with Ron and get updates on the project, and I felt included when there were updates or questions. Overall, such a good experience, and we would definitely go with them again if we have another project like this.

Ron is awesome to work with! He provides quotes quickly and is always prompt in answering any questions. His scheduling is timely, and his workmanship is truly exceptional. I recently referred clients to him for a full siding replacement before listing a home for sale, and Ron completed the job quickly and professionally. His pricing is very competitive, and I've also used Boston Construct, LLC for smaller projects with the same level of satisfaction. As a Realtor, it’s invaluable to have someone like Ron who consistently delivers on time and on budget. We just finished a major kitchen remodel with Boston Construct, LLC, and we are very happy. Our kitchen was installed with attention to detail (my husband is a perfectionist, and it met his high standards). The entire team was reliable and professional. The owner, Ron, is outstanding at timely communication and ensures that everything is done to his customers' liking. Last year, they helped with our main bedroom's en suite remodel (also brought down to the studs and the layout was changed), our only regret is we didn't call them sooner as we started the project as our own contractor. They did a fantastic job on the bathroom, as well.

Ron from Boston Construct, LLC, was great to work with. He handled our big project (completely renovating our 2-story house, removing walls, adding a bathroom, and adding a laundry room) and was always upfront about costs and timing. I've renovated multiple homes, and Ron was by far the easiest contractor to work with. He was easy to communicate with, and we never had trouble reaching him. He will help source materials, but if there is anything you want specifically and want to buy separately, he will install without issue. After we moved in, there were some small follow-up items, and he always sent someone out to complete them. Overall, highly recommend!

We moved from California in 2018 and we met Ron and immediately knew who was going to build our house. My wife and I are very particular and was impressed by not only the attention to detail but the responsiveness to any questions we had throughout the project. The only issue we had was not taking advise of our builder and finishing the basement while they were at it. They coming back in the Spring for that. Highly recommended!!
