Buckert has been a pleasure to work with. He rates #1 in customer service. Very pleasant and listens to what the new home owners are wanting and/or looking for in a new build. Whenever we call he answers or he calls right back. Communication is very important. It really makes the process much more enjoyable. When asked a question if he doesn't have the answer for us right then and there he has gotten us the answer pretty much the same day. We are very pleased!!!!!
