Very cheap quality. We walked through multiple times during the construction of our home and had to point out crooked and uneven walls. Now we have dealt with the home warranty and they take forever to get things fixed, or they don’t do it right. We’ve kept bugging them until it’s right because, well, it wasn’t a cheap purchase.

Cheap quality, lack of attention to detail. Completely missed our insulation in one of our rooms. Make sure your home is perfect before you move in because otherwise you'll be left to the home warranty and it will take forever to have a response from the company.

Building with Candlelight was an awesome experience. Having never built a home before I was very nervous about the process and concerned I would forget to ask important questions or to include features in my home I just didn't think of. The salesperson I worked with was amazing - she made sure I understood every step of the process and didn't make me feel like my questions were silly. It was hard to believe that my home turned out even better than I had imagined. Candlelight truly made me feel like I was getting a custom building experience - I highly recommend them and would build with them again if the need arises.

I just purchased a home from Candlelight and I was very pleased with the quality and service. The staff at the Model home werevery helpful and friendly. The home was finished on time and the process was quite smooth. The contractor was also very knowledgeable and walked us through everything there is to know about the home. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but this was a pleasant experience! And yes, we love the house!

He is explaining everything in detail and as I am a First time buyer, he is providing very good knowledge and also I feel that the candlelight has good options in layouts and also in their upgrades. Their prices are very good when compared to market and I have checked many builders and I liked Candlelight the most
