Jason’s commitment to deliver quality work was second to none. He remodeled my entire house. From opening floors, rearranging the plumbing underneath, installing new floors, electrical, baseboards, wainscoting, windows, attic door, front and back entrance doors and new kitchen and bathrooms. He has an excellent team (professional) that is punctual and reliable everyday! Very nice crew of people to work with. I would definitely hire him again!

Let me first start with the horrible part. Our deck has been a nightmare from the day we bought our home. Not to brag or anything but it's an enormous deck... really big. It has had leaks every year in the garage portion of the house. We have had roofers and other contractors out to fix it and yet the leaks always came back. This time it started to leak inside the house! Jason and his team came out and did REAL forensic work to find out exactly what was going on. This instantly made my little perfectionist brain really happy. They found that the deck was a real mess under what looked really nice. Here comes the good part. They tool the entire deck apart... I mean seriously apart. They took it down to the bones to start from scratch. Once again, this was exactly what I was after. They continued work through winter, dodging weather constantly. A couple of times they came out really late at night to cover the deck with tarps because not was raining. They really went above and beyond for this project. Jason is very open to creative suggestions, always willing to go the extra mile when it comes to ridiculous customer requests, (referring to myself of course). After a few months, the project was done and looks beautiful. We were literally ready to sell our house because of this and now we have a renewed pride in our enormous deck. From start to finish this project went amazing. As many know, it's very hard finding reliable contractors that will show up when they are supposed to and do the work they promise. I will most definitely be calling Jason again for anything we have on the future.

We did a bathroom remodel were we moved the sink into a different room about 10’ away and we moved the toilet about 3’ over. We removed and replaced the bathtub/shower and changed the flooring. Jason and his crew did an excellent job. They are very nice and easy to work with. Remodeling an older house had a few issues, things weren’t as square as they were supposed to be back then. Jason never got detoured from that and always made it work properly. We stayed in the time frame and budget on the job which is great. I love our new bathroom and more importantly my wife loves our new bathroom.

Jason Carter clearly is trustworthy, experienced, and focused on understanding what his customers want. In contrast to other contractors who pushed their own vision for how they would do things, he focused on getting exactly what I and my wife wanted. There were multiple points in which he gave us good information that put my interests prioritized over his, saving us unnecessary expense and hassle if we had gone with one of the other contractors. He and his team were efficient, effective, and solid professionals. I had several major renovation projects on my home, including a complete bathroom remodel that transformed a half-bath into a full bathroom. Carter Contracting did such a great job that I also renovated my patio, driveway, back doorway, and roof structure.
