They are hard to work with and as a buyer you get the short end of the stick. The contract is one sided make sure to use an attorney or put in a AI system. Just started my build at Turnberry and wish I would have never signed the contract. Do not get bamboozled the homes are not going to be luxury and the contract is very one sided. *If closing is delayed the buyer gets fined per day. *Lighting is not included in all rooms *No insulation between the indoor walls so they will be paper thin *Everything is an upgrade 2 mil home coming with basic carpet

In early 2023, my family made the bold decision to relocate from Orlando to Southwest Florida to be closer to our family. Our desire for the perfect home led us through various cities like Naples, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers, exploring offerings from different builders. However, it was the Gulf model by CC Homes in Ave Maria, FL, that truly captured my wife's attention. Initially, I must admit, I had reservations about CC Homes, as their name hadn't crossed my radar in Orlando. Nonetheless, buoyed by my wife's enthusiasm, we decided to take the plunge, and I'm thrilled to share our experience for others who may share similar apprehensions about quality and reliability. On April 22nd, 2023, we signed our contract with CC Homes. From the outset, the sales team impressed us with their professionalism and attentiveness, furnishing us with comprehensive information. They outlined a delivery timeline of 10 months from the contract date, a promise they duly delivered on. What truly set CC Homes apart was their extensive array of customization options. While adding more features inevitably came with a cost, the ability to tailor our home to our exact preferences was invaluable. Unlike other builders we'd encountered, CC Homes didn't limit us to a mere choice between two floors; instead, they empowered us to expand our home's footprint with additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage space. Construction kicked off in June, and we were impressed by the rapid progress. Bi-weekly site visits revealed a meticulously organized workspace, with each visit unveiling new developments. The cleanliness and orderliness of the site were commendable, and as the drywall went up, any lingering doubts about CC Homes dissipated. Our pre-walkthrough a week prior to closing showcased CC Homes' commitment to quality. While we arrived armed with a short list of minor issues, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the majority had already been addressed. The remaining item—a slightly bended garage door panel—was swiftly remedied, with the necessary part already on order. Come January 19th, 2024, we officially closed on our new home. Nearly three months into residency, CC Homes' post-sale service continues to impress. A follow-up visit within 30-45 days allowed us to flag any remaining concerns, all of which were promptly attended to. Now settled in our modern, spacious abode, we couldn't be happier. The abundance of natural light streaming through the hurricane-proof windows adds to the allure of our new home. To those who, like me, may have harbored reservations, I can emphatically attest: with CC Homes, you're in capable hands. Their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction have transformed our initial apprehension into unequivocal satisfaction.

If you are looking to build your dream home, please run and don’t look back. They start great with the sales team and designer. But when it comes to the installation and how it looks. Very poor, it looks like a remodel house, painted hinges, door jams undercut almost half inch and caulked in, doors installed crooked can see light exposed on handle side. It feels like they have stock in a caulking company with the amount of caulk used. Remember RUN RUN RUN and don’t look back

Excellent designers and contractors who are attentive and helpful. It was a personal and enjoyable home build experience from start to finish. There were many choices in how to design it, which was a fun process and I am very happy with how my home turned out.

First disappointment was that the house I picked at Maple Ridge in Ave María advertised a 420sqf garage, something that they didn’t let me appreciate while walking the model home. At the end the garage was only 380sqf and of course they didn’t care. It’s all about building fast and closing faster. Floors were installed improperly, workers spilled chemicals on the grass and burned it, kitchen drawers and doors uneven, refrigerator door dented, master shower door improperly installed, walls with defects. I can’t believe CC Homes closes and delivers a $600K home in the conditions I received mine. After reading others reviews I can only pray to God hoping customer service correct so many errors. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a house from this company. Other thing, while expressing certain concerns during this process it was obvious the lack of empathy from management. It felt like they didn’t care.

Having known this builder for many years and it's reputation for offering more choices for customizations, I was even more impressed than I expected with the level and amount of options in their Design Studio. I was able to pick out everything I wanted and pricing was reasonable. Construction of my home is coming along excellently.

I closed on my new home in Parkland,FL about 2 years ago. My neighbor recently advised me that there I had numerous broken roof tiles. As such I called customer service only to be informed that the warranty on the house was for only one year, include structural issues. Even so, they do not consider the roof problem a structural issue. As such they would do nothing and referred me to the contractor who installed the roof. The roofer confirmed that there were numerous broken roof tiles but they would be charging me full price to repair it. A house which costs over $1,000,000 should not need roof repairs after 2 years, especially since there have been no hurricanes or even severe storms or anyone on the roof for that matter for any reason. The tiles had to be broken by the workers who installed them. CC homes feels it isn't their problem. Obviously, warranty or not, they don't think their homes deserve more than one year warranty on the structure. Perhaps someone else purchasing a home may feel differentlu but I find this unacceptable. There were other issues during the first year which were addressed, but it took months, not days or weeks, to have each problem addressed. I would RUN, don't walk away from this builder. The homes look beautiful, but remember that beauty is only skin deep

Our design firm has had the pleasure of working with CC Homes for the last 8-10 years on many projects both in Naples, FL and the East Coast. Our most recent projects included fully designing and decorating (4) model homes and (3) spec homes in the Canarias community in Doral, FL. We very much enjoy working with the CC Homes team (especially Jen, she is a rockstar!) and admire their organization, attention to detail and professionalism. I have worked with this company for several years and with several of their properties. Their homes are beautiful and the designs / floor plans are great. Their staff has always shown great integrity and has always been a pleasure to work with.

I enjoy the floorplan, the rooms / closets are comfortable sizes. My disappointments are the following: 1. Since I'm usually traveling, I had sent CC Devco Homes my traveling dates to ensure they would schedule home inspection when I was in town, yet they totally ignored my request. Unfortunately, I was not present in the first walk-thru and it caused for several things to be done incorrectly. 2. The quality of tile installation in the master bathroom poorly done. 3. Kitchen cabinets installed incorrectly and too expensive in comparison to it's quality. 4. Sliding doors opening on wrong side causing much inconvenience with furniture layout. 5. Incorrectly installed cable wiring in the Family room and two bedrooms, making room furniture accommodation inconvenient. 6. Several pavers incorrectly installed, called for service and never was corrected. 7. Refrigerator door defective, called in several times and did not receive expected response. 8. Window in secondary bathroom inconvenient.
