CDB Construction

This was our first time having a custom home built and we had a relatively smooth time throughout the process. We enjoyed our relationship with CDB/Jeremy and are very happy with our home. As anyone will tell you, NO job EVER goes perfectly along the way. Complications, Sub-contractor shortages, suppliers, communication, etc. can have issues, and you certainly WILL have change orders; don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The key is knowing how your contractor handles these things along the way. All change orders and issues were handled efficiently by Jeremy; and we knew the cost implications going in. We only had one issue with mis-communication, but it all worked out great in the end. I would recommend CDB Construction to anyone.
