My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are a new construction homebuilder in upstate NY. We build spec houses primarily in Ulster and Greene Counties as well as take on custom projects throughout the region. Would highly recommend cedar development group for your next project. During an extremely difficult time to find good contractors, they were able to help me on a few projects, one big and one small. I bought a new house from CDG. They were in the middle of the building process when I purchased the house, so I dealt with them on selecting all finishes, etc. They were a pleasure to deal with and were always available to answer any of my questions, concerns, requests, and so on. I'd definitely use them again - the house is very well built and designed.
