Chi-Mar Construction and specifically Marty at Chi-Mar are top notch. I am currently in the process of building a home with Chi-Mar Construction and it could not be going better. Everything has been on schedule so far. All the workers that I have seen have been very professional and are extremely skilled in their trades. The quality of homes Chi-Mar builds and the attention to detail I think are second to none. They seem to also know what is expected and wanted in a vacation home or second home in my area. That has helped me feel secure in my investment as well. I would highly recommend Chi-Mar if you are looking for quality, dependability, and trust in a builder.
