My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We did not have a good experience with this builder. Many things went wrong and the customer service we received to address the problems we had was terrible.

We had an excellent experience with Choice One Builders. Scott and Karrie worked tirelessly to help us build the home we wanted. Scott kept the subs on track and Karrie was the most patient designer helping us pick all of the items we had to decide on. Our home had features not normally included in residential construction like a heated crawl space and fire sprinkler system. Many contractors were skeptical of these but it did not slow down Choice One.
