We are thrilled with the home that Christopher Scott built for us! Scott was really fantastic to work with and the finished product is exceptional! We had not built a home before but from conversations with others, I think the two important stand-out qualities from Scott and his team were 1 - responsiveness - any question or request that we had was very quickly tended to - either in person, a quick call, or email exchange. This was a huge help for us. 2 - attention to detail - the examples here are numerous as it covers just about every inch of our house. The point is the Christopher Scott team puts quality first. We built our custom home with Christopher Scott Homes. Our experience was fantastic! This was our first time building a custom home. We were told that the process to build a custom home is arduous; however, the process was very smooth and painless. The builder was easy to work with, and our project finished on time and only slightly over budget (due to our upgrades). In addition, our home has a very high level of finish. From the bull-nose corners and arches, to the tray ceilings arched wood front doors, and iron railings, our home has lots of details and finishing touches that you won't find with many other builders. We absolutely love our home and , if we ever move, will definitely trust Christopher Scott Homes to build again!

Our house was finished with every expectation met and quality work. Our design is unique and was executed perfectly. Christopher Scott Homes just completed our dream home and we are thrilled with the finish product. We started discussing our project with them several years before it began, they helped us through design, and when the time came to build they were also the best bid(among 3 bidders). The build process went very smoothly, especially for a project of this scope. Any time there were issues, Scott was quick to resolve them by a phone call or impromptu meetings on site. We stayed very close to contract $$ amount, and overages were due to our splurges on allowance items or changes.
